1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RedditRadar ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our Service.

2. Description of Service

RedditRadar provides AI-powered analysis of Reddit discussions to help validate product ideas. Our Service analyzes publicly available Reddit data to identify market demand, user pain points, and competitive insights.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service
• You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

4. Subscription and Payment

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis.

• Payment is processed through Stripe
• Subscription automatically renews unless canceled
• No refunds for partial months/years

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 3-day satisfaction guarantee for first-time subscribers. To be eligible:

• Request must be made within 3 days of initial subscription
• You must have used fewer than 10 analyses
• Each customer is limited to one refund
• Refunds are processed within 1-2 business days

6. Usage Limits

Each subscription plan includes monthly analysis limits:

• Free Plan: 3 analyses (one-time)
• Personal Plan: 150 analyses per month
• Professional Plan: 450 analyses per month

Unused analyses do not roll over to the next month.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Scrape or copy content from the Service

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by RedditRadar and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Analysis results provided to you remain your property, but we retain the right to use anonymized, aggregated data for improving our Service.

9. Privacy and Data

Your use of our Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

We analyze publicly available Reddit data. We do not collect or store Reddit user personal information beyond what is publicly available.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties, expressed or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Analysis results are based on AI interpretation of public discussions and should not be considered as professional business advice.

11. Limitation of Liability

RedditRadar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for:

• Breach of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Non-payment of fees

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately, but your analysis history will remain accessible for 90 days.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email at least 30 days before they take effect.

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
